ECLAIR PIE 
2 3/4-3 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 box graham crackers
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding

Cover bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan with graham crackers. Mix milk, pudding, and Cool Whip. Cover graham crackers with half of pudding mixture. Cover with a layer of graham crackers. Cover with remaining pudding mixture. Top with graham crackers.

ICING:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. cocoa milk
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
2 c. confectioners' sugar (10x)

Melt butter. Add cocoa, corn syrup, and confectioners' sugar. Thin with milk to spreading consistency (not too thin). Spread over graham crackers. Refrigerate.
