TUNA BUNWICHES 
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, cubed
3 chopped hard-boiled eggs
2 tbsp. pickle relish
1 large can tuna
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. mayo
3 tbsp. chopped stuffed green olives
8 buttered split buns

Combine all ingredients. Spoon mixture between bun halves. Wrap in foil.

Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes. (Can be frozen.)
