EASY CHUCK ROAST | |
1 1/2 to 2 lb. blade chuck roast 4 tbsp. A-1 steak sauce 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 clove garlic (minced) 1 med. onion (diced) 1 bay leaf (whole) Place all ingredients into a large crockpot and add potatoes and carrots if desired. Cook on high approximately 6 hours. Serve right out of the crock pot. No need for knife with this roast, a fork will do. |
