ANGEL FOOD PIE 
4 egg whites, beaten
1/2 c. sugar (add 1 tablespoon at a time)
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake in slow oven at 300°F for 1 hour. Cool and top with whipped cream and chopped pecans.
