CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. shredded zucchini
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. brown sugar

Oven 325 degrees. Grease and flour 9x13 inch baking pan.

Cream butter, oil and sugar; blend in vanilla, eggs and buttermilk. Combine dry ingredients; stir into creamed mixture with zucchini.

Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake until cake tests done with wooden pick, about 50 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Serves 15-18.
