SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 boxes frozen spinach
1 box chicken livers
1 lb. ground meat
Salt & pepper
1/2 stick butter
1 c. bread crumbs
1 sm. onion

Saute spinach in butter. Saute seasoning, ground meat and livers; drain. Mix meat and spinach together. Season to taste. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
