PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. stir fry or blade steak
1/2 c. white wine
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. green pepper
1 sm. onion
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 sm. can water chestnuts, drained
1 tsp. mustard
3 tbsp. Teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp. oil
2 c. cooked white rice

Cut beef into thin strips. Marinade in the wine, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, Teriyaki sauce and salt and pepper for 20 to 30 minutes. While marinating cut pepper and onion into thin strips.

Coat frying pan or wok with oil. Start onions, pepper, mushroom and water chestnuts in the coated frying pan. Simmer until tender.

Add beef with marinade. Simmer longer until beef browns or becomes tender. Serves 4 to 5.
