CANDY MEAT 
Short ribs (or cut up chuck steak)
1 bottle (16 oz.) ketchup
1 bottle (1 lb.) honey
Minced garlic (fresh is best)
A little vinegar or soy sauce

Mix ingredients together. Place meat into it and marinate 6 to 12 hours. Bake covered until tender (about 1 hour). Can also be microwaved.

Prepare white rice. Place meat with sauce on bed of rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
