1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. honey
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 drops yellow food coloring
3 c. walnut halves

Boil to firm boil stage first 4 ingredients. Add vanilla and coloring. Add walnuts. Beat until thick. Spread on wax paper and separate with a fork. They get creamier after 3 or 4 days.
