GARLIC ENGLISH MUFFINS | |
This very simple recipe is a great substitute for traditional garlic bread and is quick and easy to make. This recipe should cover two English muffins sliced in half (four pieces). 2 English muffins (I like whole wheat) 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 3 tbsp. butter (or butter substitute) shredded Mozzarella cheese Melt butter. Stir in garlic powder. Cut two English muffins in half and place on a broiler pan. Spoon equal amounts of the garlic butter mix on each piece. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Place under broiler till the cheese is melted and the edges of the muffins are browned. Submitted by: T. Boodle |
