BARBECUE CHICKEN 
1 (2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up
1 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. barbecue sauce
1 brown-in-bag

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Shake flour into brown-in-bag. Place chicken in bag. Pour in barbecue sauce, close bag with twist tie. Turn bag to coat meat with barbecue saucer. Place bag in pan at least 2 inches deep. Make 3 slits in bag. Cook at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
