PUMPKIN PECAN BREAD | |
2 3/4 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice 1 c. pecans finely chopped 1 c. butter 1 c. sugar 1 c. brown sugar 4 eggs 1 c. pumpkin (Libbys) Mix together all dry ingredients and pecans; set aside. Cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar, add eggs one at a time beating well after each egg. Blend in pumpkin, add dry ingredients mix until just moistened. Pour into two 8 x 4 inch greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 70 to 75 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pans. |
