STEAK ON A STAKE 
1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, cut 3/4" thick
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tsp. sesame oil or salad oil
2 tbsp. dry sherry
Pineapple chunks & green pepper pieces

Cut meat into strips about 3/4 inch wide and 2 inch long; place in shallow baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients except pineapple and green pepper; cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours; turning once. Remove beef strips from marinade, reserving marinade; thread on 9-10 inch skewers, using about 5 pieces of meat.

Grill over medium-hot coals until meat is browned, 4-5 minutes on each side, basting with marinade. Skewer chunks of green pepper and pineapple together and grill until tender. Serve along with the steak strips.
