JALAPENO POTATOES 
8 med. boiled potatoes
1 bell pepper
1 jar pimento
1 stick melted butter
2 heaping tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 jalapeno cheese
1 garlic cheese
Lemon pepper seasoning salt

Stir butter into flour until smooth. Add milk; stir until smooth. Add cheeses and seasoning salt. Line casserole dish with sliced potatoes, sprinkle with bell pepper and pimento, cover with sauce, sprinkle with seasoning salt.
