CHICKEN RICE SOUP 
1 chicken
2 qt. water
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 sm. onion, chopped
Parsley
1 c. rice
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook chicken in water. Remove and let cool slightly, cut up in small bite-size pieces. Place back in chicken juice and add all other ingredients. May need more water.
