BAKED LIMA BEANS 
1 lb. pkg. dry lima beans
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. catsup
1 chopped onion
1/2 c. molasses
1/4 lb. bacon

Soak dry lima beans overnight per directions on package. Drain, cover with water and add 1 teaspoon salt, pepper to taste, and chopped onion. Cook until beans are tender. Add brown sugar, molasses, catsup and bacon. Bake in slow oven at 250 degrees for 2 to 3 hours or until beans are of desired consistency. If they become too thick, reduce oven temperature.
