Fillet of cod, about 3/4 lb. 1 c. milk 1 tsp. lemon juice Dash Worcestershire sauce Salt and pepper 3 tbsp. oil 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1/2 c. white wine 2 tbsp. butter, melted Marinate cod fillet in a mixture of milk, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and a dash of salt and pepper. Remove after an hour. Blend paprika with oil and brush on fish, then roll in bread crumbs. Put fish in baking pan. Brush with butter and pour over wine. Bake in hot oven at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes. Do not overcook. |
