NO MEAT NO CALORIE SOUP 
1 lg. onions
1 lg. green pepper
1 lg. head cabbage
1 lg. bunch celery
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix, add more to taste

After you cut everything into medium size pieces, cover with water and bring to boil. Add soup mix at this time. Boil for 10 minutes, lower heat and simmer until vegetables are done.
