PANCIT 
1 c. chicken, stewed and flaked or leftover chicken
6 med. shrimp, peeled and halved lengthwise
2-3 c. chicken stock or broth
1 med. onion
2 carrots
1 green bell pepper
Celery
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt and pepper
1/2 kg. noodles

Saute onion in oil. Add chicken and shrimp for 3 minutes. Add the vegetables and cook for 3 minutes. Add the stock and season to taste. Add the noodles and mix and cook for 3 minutes.
