CHEESE CHICKEN 
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
3/4 to 1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter
2 to 3 c. cheese crackers, crushed

Coat chicken with sour cream. Roll in crushed cheese crackers. Place in well buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Drizzle melted butter over them. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove foil and bake until browned.

To microwave, tuck thin edges of chicken under. Microwave on high 4 to 5 minutes. Rotate dish. Microwave on high 4 to 5 more minutes. Bake in a 325 degree oven until browned. Remember to adjust time according to your own microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
