5 POUND FUDGE 
4 c. sugar
1 can Carnation milk
3 pkgs. chocolate chips (18 oz.)
1 c marshmallow cream
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter

Cook sugar and Carnation milk to softball stage. Melt chocolate chips and marshmallow cream in double boiler. After mixing the above. Remove from heat and add nuts, vanilla and butter. Put in a buttered 9x13 pan. Let cool.
