NECTARINE - PEACH PIE 
6 to 7 peaches
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
Dash cinnamon
Pastry dough

Line pan with dough, reserving scraps for border leaves. Peel and halve peaches. Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle half the mixture into the shell. Arrange peaches, cut side up. Sprinkle rest of mix on top. Place leaves around edge and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes until browned and glazed. Serve warm or cool with whipped cream or ice cream.
