ALMOND GRANOLA PIE CRUST 
1/2 c. ground almonds
1/2 c. either rolled oats or granola or Muesli
1 c. whole wheat pastry flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
4 oz. unsalted butter
1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. mild honey

Mix together almonds, oat, granola or Muesli, whole wheat flour, cinnamon and salt. Cut in butter. Add honey and gather into a ball. Butter a tart pan and press into pan. Fill pan by pressing portions of the dough from the center of the pan out flat with your fingers. Cover entire pan and pinch edge around rim. Refrigerate 1-2 hours. Prebake 5 minutes at 350 degrees before filling.
