NO BAKE CHEESE CAKE

3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix and pack 2/3 on bottom and sides of lightly greased 9 x 13 glass dish.

GELATIN MIX:

2 (3 oz.) lemon gelatin
2 c. boiling water

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and chill until slightly thickened.

CHEESE FILLING:

8 oz. room temperature cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
