NO - BAKE PUMPKIN PIE 
1 prepared pie crust shell (graham cracker)
1 egg
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 env. Knox unflavored gelatin
2 tbsp. water
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin

In bowl, beat egg; beat in milk and spices. In saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over water; let stand 1 minute over low heat. Stir until gelatin dissolves. Add milk mixture; cook and stir over low heat until mixture thickens slightly, about 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Add pumpkin. Pour into crust and chill 4 hours or until set. Garnish as desired.
