HOLIDAY SALAD MOLD 
2 c. fruit juice (not lemon or grapefruit)
1 pkg lemon Jello
1 c. whole cranberry sauce
1 c. diced apple
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. tokay grapes, halved

Heat fruit juice over low heat, add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and pour into 12 individual molds or muffin tins, chill until set. Serve on lettuce leaves with dollop of mayonnaise.
