DANIELLE'S UPSIDE DOWN PEANUT
BUTTER CUPS
 
1 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. honey
1 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder
About 34 Hershey's kisses, peeled

1. Put peanut butter and honey in mixing bowl.

2. Stir together until well mixed.

3. Add milk powder and stir.

4. Pinch off pieces of the mixture about the size of a small walnut and roll into balls.

5. Stick point of a kiss into a ball. Push the kiss in and pat the peanut butter batter around the kiss until the chocolate is all covered except for the bottom.

6. Place ball on cookie sheet or large plate with the bottom of the kiss resting on the plate.

7. Use remaining peanut butter mixture and kisses.

8. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

If you want to store them for a while, put then in a covered container. Makes about 34.
