PORK CURRY 
1 1/2 lbs. boneless cubed pork
2 med. onions, ground
2" piece ginger, ground
8 cloves garlic, ground
1/4 tsp. turmeric
1 1/2 tsp. coriander powder
1 tsp. cumin powder
2 tsp. chili powder
3 tomatoes, fresh or can blended
Salt, oil, garammasala

Grind all the above ingredients together except garamarsala. Heat oil in a pan. When hot add the ground marsala and the cubed pork. Mix well. Cover and cook until pork is tender. When done add garammarsala. Mix well. Serve with rice. From India.
