PORK CHOPS BAKED IN SOUR CREAM 
4 pork chops
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. water
Salt
Pepper
Garlic salt
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 bay leaf
1/2 c. sour cream

Season chops with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Dredge in flour and brown in oil and butter. Put in casserole.

In browning pan, add water, sugar, vinegar, bay leaf and sour cream. Boil and pour over chops. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and brown slightly. Bake at 350 degrees.
