ONION BAKED PORK CHOPS 
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
2/3 c. dry bread crumbs or fine cracker crumbs
8 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
2 eggs, well beaten

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine soup mix with bread crumbs. Dip chops in egg and then in crumb mixture, coating well. Place in lightly greased shallow baking pan and drizzle with melted butter. Bake, turning once, for 1 hour or until chops are tender.
