POTATO DELUXE CASSEROLE 
2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed 30 minutes or more
Approximately 1 c. diced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. carton sour cream
1/2 stick of butter, melted
8 oz. sharp cheese, grated

Put all in a bowl; add salt and pepper to taste. Place in 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish. Garnish with one cup of potato chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
