1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, juice and all
12 oz. container Cool Whip
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Fold all ingredients together. Pour into dish or bowl. Chill one hour, then serve.
