2 1/4 cups sifted cake flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 Oreo cookies, crushed

Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare a cupcake pan.

Mix all the dry ingredients together (salt, baking powder, sugar). Mix all the other ingredients together. Finally, crush the Oreo cookie sup really fine. Mix all of the ingredients together in large bowl. Pour into pan, 2/3 full.

Bake at 375°F for 15 to 17 minutes. Let cool for two minutes after they are done cooking and enjoy!

Makes 12 muffins.
