TOMATO DILLED FISH FILLETS 
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. V-8
1/2 tsp. dill weed or dill seed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb. thawed fish fillets
Fresh lemon wedges

In large skillet, melt butter, brown fillets. Stir in V-8, dill weed, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer 6-8 minutes or until fish flakes with fork. Serve with lemon wedges. Serves 4.
