GRILLED SARDINE TOASTS 
2 (4 oz.) sardines
4 slices toast
3 tbsp. tartar sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Black olives

Remove sardines from can, sprinkle with lemon juice. Spread tartar sauce on the toast slices being careful to spread to corners. Place sardines flat on toast. Arrange on a baking sheet. Broil a minute or until sardines just begin to brown. Garnish with black olive slices to serve. Serves 4.
