LE DESSERT ELEGANT 
Mix together:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, softened

Stir in 2/3 cup peanuts, finely chopped (blender works well for this.) Press mixture in 13 x 9 inch pan and bake in 325 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 oz. Cool Whip

Beat the cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar together; add Cool Whip. Spread this mixture on the cooled crust layer.

THIRD LAYER:

1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
2 3/4 c. milk

Mix together. Spread this on the second layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Grate Hershey bar over top of Cool Whip. Refrigerate Hershey bar before attempting to grate.
