CRUMB CRACKER DESSERT 
60 Ritz crackers
1/2 c. butter
1 large pkg. instant pudding (6 serving size), any flavor
1 1/2 c. milk
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 large container Cool Whip (8 oz.)

Crush crackers and blend with melted butter. Line a 13x9 inch pan with crumbs, saving 1/2 cup for topping. Mix together pudding and milk until well blended. Add softened ice cream to pudding mixture. Chill.

Pour chilled mixture over crumb crust. Garnish with Cool Whip and sprinkle remaining cracker crumbs on top.
