CRACKER CRUMB STEAK 
1-2 tenderized round steaks
1 egg
Can milk
Crackers

Trim fat away from steak. Salt and pepper. Cut steaks into pieces about 3x3. Take egg and enough can milk to soak steaks in. Soak for awhile. Take crackers and roll with rolling pin until rolled fine.

Place crackers on board and place steak into crackers and press crackers into meat. It will nearly double in size.

Have grease real hot, drop steak in and it will turn golden brown before very long. It then is ready.
