TERIYAKI CHICKEN | |
1/4 c. soy sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. grated fresh ginger 4-6 chicken breasts, cut into bite size or 1 lb. salmon fillets Mix the soy sauce, ginger, and sugar together in a plastic food storage bag. Marinate the chicken (salmon) for at least 30 minutes, preferably 1 hour. If using chicken, cook in skillet over medium heat 5-7 minutes. Serve over rice. If using salmon, broil in the oven broiler or over charcoal. Figure 10 minutes per inch of thickness for broiling time. |
