1 c. shredded American cheese
1/3 c. frozen green peas, rinsed and drained
1/4 c. sliced green onions with tops
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, well drained
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese, cut into sm. chunks
1 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate (large one). Mix American cheese, peas, onions, tuna, pimento in plate. Top with cream cheese cubes. Beat remaining ingredients in blender. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean. Take about 30-35 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. Sometimes I use a can of mixed vegetables, drained.
