ORANGE SALAD BOWL 
8 c. torn salad greens (spinach)
2 c. orange sections or 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. peanuts or pecans
1 onion, sliced and separated into rings

CELERY SEED DRESSING:

1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 c. vinegar
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. celery seed

Chill before mixing with salad.

Clean spinach and pat dry. Combine with oranges, peanuts and onions. Pour dressing over salad and serve.
