BANANA NUGGET COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch nutmeg
3/4 c. butter
1 egg
2 c. mashed real ripe bananas
3 c. rolled oats (instant oatmeal plain)
Small bag chocolate morsels (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)

Mix the above first six dry ingredients well. Then add 3 wet ingredients. Mix together well. Then add oats last and stir well. Add morsels last to mix. Drop by teaspoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
