NANNA'S PICKLES 
2 qts. sliced cucumbers (3 to 4 sliced thin)
1 pt. white vinegar
1 tsp. allspice
2 c. sugar

Bring all ingredients to a boil, except cucumbers. Add cucumbers. Cook for 10 minutes, turning so they all cook. Let stand until cool. Put in jars with juice and refrigerate or seal and store on shelf.
