LASAGNA | |
8 oz. lasagna noodles 1 c. chopped onion 1 clove garlic 1 lb. ground meat Lg. jar Ragu 1/2 - 1 lb. grated German sausage 1 (12 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 2 eggs Cook noodles. Drain. Brown meat. Drain. Add onion, garlic, sausage, and Ragu. Let simmer 30 minutes, adding water if necessary. Mix Ricotta cheese, eggs, a little parsley (fresh or dried), and Parmesan. In a 2 quart casserole dish, put a little meat sauce, then noodles, then meat sauce, then Ricotta mixture and Mozzarella cheese. Alternate until all is used. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
