CAROL'S COFFEE CAKE | |
1 c. chopped pecans 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 pkg. frozen "Parker's" rolls 1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding 1 stick of butter This recipe is prepared the morning before and baked the next morning. Mix pecans, sugar, and cinnamon. Spray bundt pan with cooking oil. Pour 1/2 mixture in bottom of pan. Next fill pan with defrosted rolls (pack tightly). Pour rest of mixture on top or rolls in pan. pour package of instant pudding on top of rolls. Melt stick of butter in pan and pour on top. Put bundt pan in oven on "off" overnight with dish towel on top. Next morning, bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. |
