GRAHAM PUDDING 
3 c. milk
2 tbsp. minute tapioca
6 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. graham crackers (rolled)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg, well beaten

1. Scald milk in double boiler. Add tapioca, sugar, crackers and salt. Cook until tapioca is clear (about 15 minutes), stirring frequently.

2. Add raisins, vanilla, butter, lemon juice and nutmeg.

3. Pour tapioca mixture slowly over egg, stirring vigorously. Pour into greased baking dish and bake in oven (350 degrees F.) 30 minutes.

4. Chill. Serve with whipped cream.
