GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE | |
2 sticks butter 2 c. white sugar 5 eggs 1 (1 lb.) box graham crackers, crushed 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained 1 c. chopped pecans 1 c. coconut 1 c. sweet milk 2 tsp. vanilla 2 tsp. baking powder Combine and beat with mixer first 3 ingredients. Do not use mixer any more. Combine all ingredients together and mix until smooth. Pour into buttered cake pan and bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and frost when cool. FROSTING: 1 stick butter 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained 1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar Mix with mixer until sugar is dissolved. Spread on cake. |
