LEESA'S ASPARAGUS SU-YUCK 
1 pkg. egg spaghetti
1 lb. turkey cutlets
1 lb. asparagus
3 green onions
2 tbsp. oil
1 lemon
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook spaghetti until tender. Cut turkey into strips, along with asparagus into pieces and dice onions. Heat stir fry pan with oil. Coat turkey strips with thyme and stir fry. Remove and drain. Add asparagus and onions until tender. Add turkey and continue to stir fry. Drain spaghetti and add to stir fry. Toss with lemon juice and Parmesan. Enjoy!
