EASY MACAROONS 
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
3 c. moist shredded coconut
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract

In a medium size bowl, blend all ingredients. Drop by teaspoon (about 2 inches apart) on a greased cookie sheet. Bake until slightly brown around the edges. Top with cherry. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
