EASY CHOCOLATE CARAMEL TARTS 
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (I use dark chocolate)
18-24 mini tart shells (in freezer section; pre-baked and ready to use)

In a double broiler heat condensed milk to a slow boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Add chocolate chips, stirring to melt.

Spoon filling into tart shell. Place in refrigerator to set.
